I have just finished my first round of the program, PIYO and in these next few paragraphs I'm going to tell you all about the program and show you my results. What is PIYO? It's a Low-Impact workout that mixes Pilates and Yoga. It's great for people who have had injuries in the past or are looking for a workout that doesn't involve a lot of jumping around. However, PIYO is not an easy workout just because it is low-impact and doesn't involve a lot of cardio. It's main focus is flexibility and strengthening your core by using only your body.
